Provider and eligibility

Shared workspaces
Workspace members can access shared matches, lists, Name Sets, presentations, reviews, and shortlist entries. Invite only people who should receive that access.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access or plan limits, scrape the catalog, automate abusive traffic, probe vulnerabilities without permission, impersonate others, or interfere with service operation.
Name information
Origins, meanings, popularity, gender labels, and pronunciation vary by source, language, place, and time. Namensi provides decision support, not professional authority.
Plus
Plus is an optional one-time purchase. Current price, currency, included capabilities, and total are shown before Polar checkout. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and availability
Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, and product changes may affect availability. Material paid-feature changes are handled consistently with applicable law.
Ownership and feedback
Namensi software, branding, and interface belong to CHANGE_ME_BEFORE_PUBLIC_LAUNCH or licensors. You retain rights in content you provide and grant rights needed to operate the service.
Suspension and deletion
Users may stop using Namensi and request deletion. Access may be suspended for material breach, unlawful use, abuse, or security risk.
Law and contact
